Videos Have trouble Loading and All Stories End on a Cliffhanger

Very neat find, but I was disappointed that neither of my smithsonian channel finds load properly. It typically only has audio with no video. For this podcast, I am also not a fan of the incomplete stories. I feel that only a fraction of the story is shared and I am unsure where to view the rest. Maybe the channel or their website?
