Inside The Rabbit Hole - A Review of “Fall of the Republic” (2009)

Inside The Rabbit Hole - A Review of “Fall of the Republic” (2009)

In this special 'tide you over until I publish the Trial of Socrates miniseries' I present you with a review of Alex Jones' 2009 documentary film "Fall of the Republic: The Presidency of Barack H. Obama"
Here is the link to watch this movie if you want a trip down memory lane to see how naive we all were:
    FALL OF THE REPUBLIC
Not naive for believing in Jones' often wild assertions, but naive in that we didn't truly appreciate how bad things could really get. And that it wouldn't be a globalist totalitarian scheme but rather a technocratic dystopia following endless manufactured crises.
And here is the link to the History Impossible episode I reference in this episode that would be a great piece of pairing content:
    STAKEHOLDER NAZISM (History Impossible Podcast)
So enjoy the review and let me know if you want me to address anything in my follow-up episode that will look at Jones' cinematic sequel to this conspiracy-laden film.

“Knock, Knock! Who’s There? The KGB...” feat. Jack Johannessen

“Knock, Knock! Who’s There? The KGB...” feat. Jack Johannessen

My guest today is someone who I’ve come to appreciate both as a content creator and personal friend. His name is Jack Johannsen of the Secret Police Podcast
Jack and I started podcasting at roughly the same time and because of a mutual friend, Alex Sternberg, we came to know of each other’s work and have supported each other ever since.
Jack has an educational background in economics and is additionally finishing his master's in public health. But don’t worry everyone, despite his linkages to the Federal Reserve (which we get into near the end) and his areas of expertise around epidemiology, he’s a libertarian through and through and not a Covidian from Jekyll Island.
To date, Jack has specialized in doing a chronological historical recounting of the Russian secret police dating way back to the Oprichniki of the 16th century. Jack will take you on historical journeys that span the entirety of the Tsars' reign right up until the KGB under Kruschev. It’s really informative and solid content with a splash of humour thrown in for good measure.
Enjoy the show and make sure to visit Jack's Twitter, his Podbean page, and his Official Website

Canadian War Crimes: Operation Brass Citizen (Part 1 of 3)

Canadian War Crimes: Operation Brass Citizen (Part 1 of 3)

In the aftermath of the October Crisis, the Canadian government grappled with the precarious nature of its federation.
Only months earlier, the federal government had imposed martial law on the province of Quebec in order to destroy the murderous terrorism of the FLQ. A militant and nationalist Quebecois independence group that took hostages, waged a decade-long bombing campaign, and murdered Deputy Premier Pierre Laporte.
These events left Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau embattled, edgy, and newly illuminated on the subject of Machiavellian realpolitik and the need for decisive action to expand Canadian interests and national control.
And today, we're going to be talking about a little-known event that occurred in early 1971 spurred by a rogue military leader General O'Heart
The short-lived and depraved Canadian invasion of Greenland...
    "Operation Brass Citizen"
Now, you might be asking yourself, "why on earth would Canada want to invade its peaceful neighbour Greenland?", “And why haven't I heard this before?”
Well sit back and enjoy Part 1 of this little-known deep dive into Canadian war crimes.

“Don’t Yell FIRE in a Theatre” - Wartime Suppression (Chapter 2: The 1st Amendment Files)

“Don’t Yell FIRE in a Theatre” - Wartime Suppression (Chapter 2: The 1st Amendment Files)

Dissent, as we’ll come to learn in this episode, is the specific act of expressing disagreement or opposition to established policies, political authorities, or social zeitgeists.
And this is supposed to be a primary right in any democratic society that encourages the free flow of ideas and opinions.
Yet still, instances continually crop up where the State seems to willfully disregard the spirit and idealism of the First Amendment in favour of self-serving Machiavellian tactics.
Enter the phrase "Don’t yell fire in a crowded theatre, " which is often misunderstood in its application and origin.
This analogy is commonly used to illustrate the concept of free speech and its alleged limits. Unbeknownst to most though, the phrase originated in the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case of Schenck v. United States, in 1919.
In this case, a political activist, Charles Schenck, was charged with violating the Espionage Act of 1917 by distributing leaflets urging young men to resist the draft during World War I.
Schenck's defence case reached the SCOTUS and revolved around the idea that his actions were protected by the First Amendment's right to free speech.
But what would the verdict be?
Was he utilizing his rights to free expression or was he a risk to national security by destabilizing its war readiness?

Presidential Villainy (Wilson Vs. Bush) feat. CJ Killmer

Presidential Villainy (Wilson Vs. Bush) feat. CJ Killmer

In this episode, I was visited by one of the greatest historical podcasters of our time.
I’m of course talking about CJ Killmer of the Dangerous History podcast.
We compared and contrasted the historical, political and economic legacies of two of our most hated US presidents (who can rightly be described as criminals of the highest order)
My personal arch-nemesis is George W. Bush and CJ’s is Woodrow Wilson
Mr. Killmer is a self-proclaimed Florida Man and holds a bachelor's and a Master's degree in History (the latter being from the University of Tennessee). And he used these credentials to teach history at the collegiate level for nearly 16 years. The primary topics of his courses were US History, Western Civilization, World History and Floridian History.
He’s been a recurring guest on the Tom Woods Show, The Survival Podcast and has appeared on Lions of Liberty, History Impossible, and Unloose The goose.
And though CJ self-identifies as a smart-ass, iconoclast, and a cynical critic of authority, he is also one of the most intelligent members of the informal liberty movement. One whom I am honoured to welcome to my humble little show.
    Cheers and thanks for listening!

“Your Papers, Please” feat. Aviel Oppenheim

“Your Papers, Please” feat. Aviel Oppenheim

In this episode, I welcome my first in-studio guest to the program to discuss a highly charged topic of the last 3 years. I am of course referring to the Covid-19 pandemic, but more specifically, the "vaccine passports" issue.
And to help me dissect the various layers of medical authoritarianism, I am presenting a discussion I had with a rising anarcho-capitalist and philosophy writer named Aviel Oppenheim
Aviel is a York University psychology graduate, and budding Liberty activist, who has taken the bold step of throwing the entirety of his attention behind his writing career. His first major release is called "Ethics of Vaccine Passports: A Poor Bargain"
While in university Aviel did a lot of laboratory and experimental work with his department team at York, but amidst the decision to further his educational attainment, his life was eclipsed by the pandemic. That's when he heard the calling for something deeper...something more meaningful.
So Aviel took pen to paper and started inking what has turned out to be one of the most insightful and thought-provoking Canadian works against the Biomedical Security State.
We had a long-ranging discussion on the virus passports, our experiences during the pandemic, human nature, the Freedom Convoy, the reasons governments acted as they did, vaccines in general, common refrains from virus fetishists, and the recent Norfolk Group questionnaire.
Aviel is an amazing man who I wholeheartedly hope continues his writing career and blesses us with his words in years to come.
We had a great time and I hope you enjoy our chat.
