Everyone has a dream.
But sometimes there’s a gap between where we are and where we want to be. True, there are some people who can bridge that gap easily, on their own, but all of us need a little help at some point. A little boost. An accountability partner. A Snooze Squad.
In each episode, the Snooze Squad will strategize an action plan for people to face their fears. Guests will transform their own perception of their potential and walk away a few inches closer to who they want to become.
Snooze is a show about things people put off, how they conquer them, but most importantly, how they conquer themselves.
This new podcast from LAist Studios will inspire you to ask yourself what you have been pressing snooze on, and inspire you to become the protagonist of your own life.

Wonderful
Congrats on starting this podcast - we are the lucky ones because we get to listen…
Awful sound effects
If you insist on having a phone alarm go off, once is plenty. I could go without it personally- never a pleasant sound.
Treadmill sound- like a racing, anxious heart, it gets faster and faster along with the speaking. I can’t think of a time when I turned on a podcast and thought, “I really hope this one gives me a panic attack.”
Not for me.
No age limits
I found my way here from Let It Out. I assumed it was aimed at millennials and might not speak to me as a Boomer. But I’ve heard two episodes now and I’m really captivated by the spirit of the show as well as its amazing production values. Megan’s humanity and wisdom know no age limits.
