The world of Recovery and Addiction needs more accessibility, inclusivity and awareness. Each week, i'll showcase the different ways addiction and recovery look by hosting a guest speaker to explain their battle with addiction, how they got sober and what their life looks like now.

Am I Enough?
Dropping two episodes this week...because we all need some extra support right now! If you're feeling fearful, like there isn't enough for you or that you aren't enough... this episode is for you.
I have been so inspired by Mel and her journey. Her content is a combo of honesty, humor, sincerity, etc. definitely a big big fan 🥰
Something really special!
Mel speaks with such authenticity and vulnerability about her experiences which as a listener is so powerful to hear! She keeps it incredibly real, even the not so “shiny” parts that are often shyed away from. She provides a great example of what it looks like to be introspective and self reflective - I’d recommend this podcast to anyone, especially other young woman who are sober or sober curious!
Mel is one of the first people I started following in my journey to sobriety. She was straight up about being sober, like just f___cking don’t drink type of girl. Even when she relapsed it even made me evaluate my own sobriety and how much harder it is then sometimes I believe it to me. Love her podcast and will continue listening! God bless her
