A topic suggestion…

Hi Ken! I appreciate the show. I’m a current hospital associate radiation safety officer, and I earned my MBA in hopes of becoming a hospital administrator someday. I have intimate knowledge of Radiology departments in hospitals, but I’ve never served as a technologist. Could you interview someone who became a leader from a non-clinical background, but serves as a leader of operations for a Radiology department, or even a COO of a hospital? Thanks for the great content and I look forward to more!

Truly Invaluable

As an incoming Administrative Resident on the verge of rapping up my MBA/MHA. I started a search to learn all I can about what life is like as an healthcare executive. Your podcast has provided me more insight and tips than I could have ever dreamed. Listening and learning from former fellows and current executives has relieved many of my fears about my upcoming role and painted a picture of what life can be like after. Keep up the good work, you’ve earned a lifelong listener in me and who know maybe one day I can be positioned to interview with you and share my experience with other early careerist. Again thank you and all your guest for taking the time to share experiences with the world.
