Refreshing

I always get so much out of the Sober Yoga Girl podcast. Alex has a soothing presence and always has amazing guests that bring a variety of perspectives and relatability. This is a great resource for anyone: from those who are in the early stages of questioning their relationship with alcohol to those who are committed to long-term sobriety.

Sober Yoga Girl Podcast

The Universe brought Alex and I together at the perfect time. Alex is such a beautiful and loving spirit with an unconditional willingness to guide me, to coach me, both personally and professionally, to teach me, and to offer her friendship with deep compassion and love. We are kindred spirits and sisters of the heart in wellness, and in recovery. Our connection has been life changing and transformative, and has shifted further my entire paradigm of understanding the human condition. Her willingness to allow me to tell my story of recovery on her podcast is typical of Alex’s compassionate nature and aligning desire to serve others in a healing, safe space. I love you my dear friend and teacher.
