A Decade of Sobriety
Lindsay's new friend, Duncan, joins the podcast to share his story of almost 11 years of sobriety. He shares about what led him to this change and how his relationship with sobriety has evolved over the years.
Brandon Shaw (aka Shawzy) and Lindsay reminisce on their college days partying together at BBQ Bar, compare their careers in corporate chain restaurants and share their very similar experiences in struggling with alcohol and getting sober.
Soberland is back baybeeee! Lindsay gives a life update on the last few months and her older sister, Kristin McCool, joins the pod as this week's guest. Kristin shares what it was like growing up with a father who was an addict (Kristin and Lindsay actually have different dads, same mom) and how that has impacted her relationships, view of herself and life overall.
Don’t You Think You’ve Had Enough?
Friend and Musician Jennifer Clavin (Bleached, Mika Miko) shares her story about her sobriety and how her experience performing, writing music and living life has changed since making the decision to get sober. We also meet her adorable dog son, Benny, who discovers something in my house.
Breakfast Sausage and Tinfoil
Lindsay's friend Erik shares how his addiction progressed from alcohol to drugs, eventually leading to his heroin addiction. He shares how he finally kicked (literally) the drugs and is living a clean and sober life.
Sara Matthews visits Lindsay from the east coast and shares how she has learned to prioritize her mental health. They also gush over their obsession with their pups and how dogs are truly the greatest thing to ever exist.

Fills a much needed niche
Great stories, great chemistry between Lindsey and her guests, it’s clear they’re all friends and it makes everything that much better
Soberland is one of my new favorite finds! Lindsay brings light to mental health in an open and honest way, while also keeping each episode very entertaining. The podcast covers many different topics within mental health (sprinkled in with some pop culture), and Lindsay does a great job of keeping each episode super relatable.
