Social Media to Destigmatize Mental Health with guest Reilly Dodd You Need a Counselor Podcast

This week Julie and Chrissa are joined by Reilly Dodd,  a therapist based in Overland Park, Kansas. Once Reilly started her practice and grew a full caseload she realized how hard it was to turn people away when they were first seeking out counseling.  Reilly took to social media to start destigmatizing  therapy and started providing more opportunities for education and awareness to promote mental health. Reilly also does various talks and speaking engagements on overcoming self doubt through self compassion and coming home to yourself.
