Another year and another trip around the sun. Sometimes the first few days of a new year can set the one for the rest of the year. In 2021, the year began with an invasion of the U.S. Capitol; the year was defined by continued confusion and division.
Many seek a fresh start with every new year, and do so through new year's resolutions. While traditionally not a fan of the concept, Matt has decided to share achievable and realistic resolutions with the audience in hopes of connecting with those looking to set their own tone for the year 2022.

Powerful stuff
I started off Matty’s show with the recent episodes about his mother, and they are so raw and honest and impactful. Kudos to him for not only having the strength and insight to discuss such a matter so openly but also for the professional and poignant tone he brought to the subject. It’s so, so powerful stuff.

I have enjoyed every episode so far and always look forward to the next one! He is so down to earth and easy to listen to. I am often nodding in agreement while I listen. And, personally, I love that the episodes are under 30 minutes. It’s real, it’s thought provoking. Definitely worth the listen!
Excellent First Episode
I listened to the first episode of this new and very promising podcast last night. The sound editing in this show is perfect and the host has a voice made for the podcasting world. I liked that Matty Ice introduced himself, how he came to podcasting, and laid out a vision for what he hoped to add to the podcasting world and to people’s lives. I can’t wait for more episodes!
