Outstanding

Likely one of the better produced podcasts I’ve listened to. I found it well researched and well presented.

Terrible

Can’t get past the terrible narration and the horrible distracting music. Finding Cleo is a thousand times better. I don’t care about the host and when he was young and his motivations for the podcast. Just get to the story and discover something that hasn’t been found before. Otherwise it is not journalism if you recount what is already out there.

Season 2

I was so impressed with season 5 that I’m now going back and listening to all of the season. One thing about season 2 that I haven’t heard discussed has to do with Mike always hanging around Cheryls work. He was possessive enough to “always” be hanging at her work (I think it was a coffee shop?), and would say something to Cheryl when she would talk to someone too long. If that’s true, there is no way he would just “drop her off” to work at a strip club. He would have to be in the club, just like the other job, to watch her! We can agree on who did this, and I hope this was brought up to Mike while interviewing him.
