MSBrocks84 ,

Great to hear my favorite band!

Thanks, Stuart, for playing over an hour of Michael Stanley Band hits! If you are from Ohio (or especially Cleveland), you will know this band. Michael is still writing and doing albums solo and with The Resonators and plays with another group called The Midlife Chryslers (more rhythm and blues format). Both groups play occasionally at events mainly in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Michael Stanley and the Resonators include at least two other MSB members and they continue to play many MSB songs. MSB did appear on "American Bandstand" on TV and had sell-out crowds at a place called Blossom Music Center in Ohio. A Cleveland favorite (and still is)! Search out Michael Stanley on iTunes for his latest music. There is also a Michael Stanley website for the latest news. You won't be disappointed! You referred to a radio station that aired many MSB songs back in the 70s/80s. It was probably Cleveland, Ohio -- maybe WMMS?

Stuart Held does a great job!

Wow, all sorts of great stuff from my past! I love this show. Especially outstanding is his two part retrospective of the Dave Clark 5! What a great job Stuart. I love your shows! ( I just stumbled across your stuff today while looking for DC5 stuff on iTunes!)
