13. The Eclipse Portal Guide - An Astrology Update with Ali Ofstedal Soul Archaeology

This episode of the Soul Archaeology podcast is all about eclipse season. While the season typically begins one month before, and ends one month after, the first is a solar eclipse in Libra on October 14, and the lunar eclipse is in Taurus on October 28. We've just emerged from a potent and powerful Full Moon in Aries, and that conscious warrior energy is still alive during the eclipses happening this month.
Ali shares the definition of what eclipses are, what exactly happens in the sky and how the eclipses interact with the lunar nodes as well, with the current placement of the North Node in Aries and the South Node in Libra, we've moved out of the Taurus and Scorpio axis since June. These are extremely powerful celestial events, similar to having a full moon or new moon on steroids.
At this time, some of us may be asking ourselves, "What is my purpose?" and as an astrologer, Ali shares with us how the eclipses are evolutionary perspective, a more zoomed out vision of our destiny within this life, to help us bring in more alignment. With themes of attachment, power and nervous system regulation in the Taurus/Scorpio axis, as we lean into the Aries/Libra axis, this brings us deeper into relational work.
