Kelsey & Steven have a great message to convey. It’s easy to jump in at any episode and know what’s going on. Whenever I feel like I’m rushing through life I put one of these on and kick back. Being in the present is something I let slip so often. Kelsey really brings it back to center. All we have is now. They are very compatible and fun to follow along with. I work at a grocery store and Kelsey was a customer. We started talking and she told me about this podcast. Listened to a bunch of them, and it’s been so helpful and uplifting to find people with such like-minded values. Both the hosts are such a light, and I’m grateful to have found this podcast. Would highly recommend to anyone who is open-minded and/or is on the path to spiritual awakening and self-love/self-healing!

I binged the first 3 episodes and the 2nd episode really started making me question my own habits and excuses I have told myself, it has provoked a sudden need for progression, I have a gratitude for their subject matter because of you listen and allow it to provoke you, it will be the best feeling you carry into the next day. Swear.

I am really enjoying the energy of Kelsey & Steven! They are millennials with amazing wisdom, & the boldness to share who they are unashamedly!
