Whatever You're Not Changing, You Are Choosing
Your intention this week is to remember: whatever you're not changing, you are choosing .
You always have the power of choice.
You have the power within you to choose how you want to feel each day and consciously choose to bring that feeling, thought or belief with your throughout the rest of your day.
Tame the inner critic and connect to your True Self
Your invitation this week is to choose which voice you listen to: your itty-bitty-s****y-committee or your true self.
By naming how you feel and bearing witness to the inner saboteur, you can turn the mirror inward, claim ownership of your choices and finally tame it through small, mindful actions.
Through your softness and stillness, you melt the hard edges of blame and judgment and return to love and to your truth.
Let go of the rope and take ownership of your emotions to empower you
Once you’re aware of your inner critic and emotions and have named them, now your work is to choose how you want to respond to them.
Owning your beliefs, your reactions and how you show up for life will empower you, not hinder you.
By letting go of the rope and releasing resentment and judgment of others, this sets you free to creative possibilities that awaits you.
