Loved the Brandy Clark episode
Always fun to hear what inspires songwriters...especially great ones like Brandy Clark! Keep painting with all the colors Brandy!
Fantastic
I am so happy this podcast exists. I was a teenager in the late 90s and the prevalence of smart female singer-songwriters during the era permanently impacted my music taste. It's amazing to hear long-form interviews from brilliant artists like Tori Amos, Paula Cole, Joan Osborne, Lisa Loeb, Ani, Sophie B., and so many others whose music I've continued to love over the years. The interviewers are clearly fans of these artists and they ask interesting, well-informed questions. I really can't praise this podcast enough- thanks for shining the spotlight on all these talented ladies.
My favorite!
I can't express enough how much I love this podcast. As a female songwriter, being able to hear female artists talk about their craft & process is INVALUABLE. I stumbled upon this podcast & now I'm busy listening back to past episodes. Thank you, thank you for making this podcast!!! It's been a game changer for me.
