great food for heart and mind

I love the way each episode is a meditation on some aspect of a larger whole. Feels incredibly authentic and hits nail after nail on the head. Thanks for creating this.

WOW

I am completely blown away by this podcast. I have to be transparent and say that I just came acroos your information today. I know that we both went to Syracuse University and I believe we have crossed paths in some way before. But I had no idea the amazing work that you do. I was scrolling thru my Facebook feed today and I came across your most recent Mediation video. I clicked on the link and the rest is history. I have to be open and say that I have never been apart of the Self-help community or ecperienced anything like this. After experiencing your meditation video I went about learning more about your work thru your website and then I came across this podcast. I have now spent the last few hours listening to Season 2 of Saul Feed and I have loved every minute of it. Your conversations are so insightful, intelligent and straight forward. Being a Teacher and a Performer I sometimes have great conversations that are insightful. Evan as a Ph.D. student I can sometimes have ground breaking conversations. But, just listening to your soft, careful and caring voice explain things that I negate so often in my life, makes me feel calm and open to all types of possibilites. I have to say that I am on the Shannon Algeo train and will continue to listen to your wonderful podcasts. Thank you for sharing your words with me and the world. Today was a big game changer for me. It really just takes a moment.
