Meditation: Tending to Spirit in Turbulent Times

Welcome to Season 5! Let’s start with a meditation practice.

How do we tend to our souls and spirits when there is chaos going on outside of us? How do we fill up our cups and regulate our nervous systems so that we can be effective and impactful in the external world?  How can we show up for the inner child within us that may be overwhelmed by the outer circumstances of our world — and learn to care for ourselves in a way that is safe, nourishing, and supportive? This meditation is an exploration of how we can anchor ourselves in our CENTER when the cyclone of chaos is spinning around us.
