She recently defended her doctoral dissertation in leadership development, focusing on the impact of a virtual leadership webinar that she created for nursing leaders. Shawntay is a trailblazer in the field of nursing and continues to make significant contributions to the healthcare industry through her leadership and expertise.

    Akhil Vijay has a background in caregiving and was previously a CNA in a long term care center. One day, while helping a patient with dementia and schizophrenia, the patient became agitated and attempted to stab a nurse with a fork. AK intervened and used redirection measures to calm the patient down. After the incident, AK spoke with the patient and provided comfort, ultimately receiving a hug and helping the patient through a difficult moment.

    Dr. A, also known as Joey or Arnold from the Philippines, is a nurse with over 15 years of experience. Starting off in the intensive care unit, Dr. A later transitioned into clinical education. However, due to the financial constraints faced in the Philippines, where nursing is not exorbitantly paid, he made the courageous decision to relocate to the Middle East. There, he began as a bedside nurse and eventually advanced to a leadership position. Dr. A's journey from a minority background has fueled his motivation to attain numerous accolades and qualifications, which he views as a necessity in his field.
