Entertaining and educational

I'm really enjoying learning about peoples lives and their stories. Told in a casual upbeat manner, easy to listen and take away some gems every time.

This is my new favorite podcast!

I’ve listened to every episode and find each to be very entertaining and enlightening. They discuss topics such as wellness, charity and "woo woo” which are very inspiring. I now want to try strength training, harmonic products and thermography. Also, the Golden Tampons episode is brilliant (what a great idea)! I have learned so much from the wonderful stories on this podcast and look forward to new episodes every week.
