Best Music Podcast

Brian and Hammond do a brilliant job of showcasing a wide variety of musicians and their careers. Love the insight into each artist they cover.

Two uniformed guys just showing off their ignorance

I couldn’t get more than three minutes into the episode on De La Soul. The lack of knowledge (and simple ability to correctly pronounce band member names) and veiled racial ignorance and borderline insensitivity was galling. There are so many actually good music podcasts don’t waste time with this one

Love the show, but.....

Hey guys! Love the show so far (started with the Styx episode), but I have some factual errors to point up: TW4 doesn't stand for Tradewinds 4, but instead "There Were Four." Next, the brothers in the band were Chuck and John Panozzo (John passed away in 1996) And, finally, Tommy Shaw was born and raised in Montgomery, AL, but was discovered in the Chicago-area and brought in as a replacement for John Curulewski, who left in 1976.

Looking forward to hearing the others I have downloaded! Brian, I love your work with "Film Sack," and the various "Coverville" shows! Keep it going, guys!
