Welcome to the Sow Edible Farm Podcast. Join our family as we build our permaculture sustainable farm and off grid homestead. With nature as our example, we are shaping the farm with edible food forests, perennials, hugelkulture beds, swales, and keyline water systems. We share our experience in beekeeping and animal husbandry where we pasture raise ducks, chickens, and pigs through the use of rotational grazing and all natural care. As first time farmers, we are learning how to work the land without pesticides, using heirloom plants, and beyond organic gardening techniques. We hope that you will join our family as we embark on this adventure together.

Great Job

Great topics and well structured podcast. Helpful and useful information on a wide range of items that are very well presented by both Amy & Stacy. Thank you for the time and effort to provide a good quality show.

Informational

I am picky with podcasts; I don't like to listen to a lot of chit-chat and introductions.
These two get right to it. They are conversational and fun, yet they do gove a lot of great information about propogation, soil-building, what works for them, etc. I like the specifics that they give, such as what plants are loved by chickens and what tree species are good for firewood. It is great to hear their mistakes too!
They love permaculture so much, it makes me want to get out and grow something! :)
