He also talks about what took American space programs so long to get to this point and if space tourism is something we could actually see in our lifetime. Cheng, is a senior research fellow in Heritage's Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy. Dean also sits on NASA's National Space Council Users' Advisory Group.
