¡Hola mamá, hey girl! I know that you want to parent to the best of your abilities, but you’re unsure of God’s way. You are afraid of falling victim to worldly parenting and you really want to partner with Holy Spirit to empower your babies and children to become world changers and create impact for God’s kingdom! am I right? But you just don’t know where to start. I will tell you that it all begins right from your mouth with the power of your words!
The truth is that, “death and life are in the power of your tongue”...This means your words have the power to create life or to cause death. There is a training that you can go through that will sharpen and renew your mind to make sure that you are partnered with Yahshua in the words that are coming from your heart and out of your mouth. These same words you speak are impacting and shaping your precious children. From birth they are sponges mama, and you are the one that is leading, shaping, and cultivating their futures. No pressure! ¡Pero no te preocupes! porque I am on a mission to allow Yahshua to transform my mind, and guide my words towards shaping my children as He created them to be. He created them to be mighty men and women of valor, men and women after God’s own heart, and jewels unto the Lord’s crown.
I am Ellie Conklin, a Latina mama of two babies under two, who loves Yahshua! I am a God-led motherhood mentor, a Christian Parenting Coach, co-owner of JubeeJoy, and an intercessor in God‘s Kingdom. In this podcast we will uncover what the bible says about parenting, partnering with Holy Spirit with your words and language, making sure your home and atmosphere are God-centered, and so much more in your parenting with the Father.
We will accomplish this through biblically based truths and Holy spirit-led revelation. We will unpack the meaning behind the words we speak and how they impact children, we will encourage one another to stay consistent in speaking only what Yahshua says our children are. Let’s walk this out together! And mama we are going to do it in Spanglish! ¡Así es, en Español and inglés! because there are words from either language that just don’t translate, ¿verdad que sí? So grateful I typed “Christian moms” in the search box that led me to this podcast. I’d been really asking Holy Spirit for a podcast I could have to “supplement” those little gaps and something I could listen to that could help me continue my Christian mom walk. I’m a mom of 5 boys and let’s just say that it’s definitely a calling. My heart was touched by the transparency of this podcast and also how serious motherhood is taken because I truly do believe it’s my main ministry.
