I’ve been listening to Spartan Up podcast Joe De Sena and the other hosts have always delivered the best contents. The best episode this year has been “ the equation of happiness “. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!

So much potential

But boring content. Why would he not interview Spartan athletes? It’s all random people that have nothing to do with racing. Athletic brewing, guys helping kids in the Bronx, sure stand alone this is fine content... but I want to hear about training, nutrition, and tips to become an elite Spartan athlete.
