Ep. 111 - Taking L's and The Game Award Show Nominees

We're back, did you miss us? In this episode we discuss a lot of taking losses; from Grand Theft Auto: Definitive Edition, Activision is in even more hot water, and why we aren't fans of the Netflix version of Cowboy Bebop. Then we focus on the 2021 Game Award Show nominees and why we don't agree with most of them. Topping it off with the Halo Infinite MP launch and why the season pass is so frustrating. #haloinfinite #activision #blizzard #grandtheftauto #netflix #cowboybebop

Then we close it out with the Xbox Series X and PS5 performance gap shrinking and the best and worst gaming controllers of all time.

Ep. 108 - Emulation isn't bad but piracy sure is

With all the discourse following the recent articles posted by Kotaku and PC Gamer, you didn't expect us to sit on the sidelines, did you? In this impromptu podcast, Keith and Karl discuss the ins and outs of emulation, the legal aspect of them, and why advocating piracy is not only wrong, it's disruptive. Don't pirate and don't rip money from people who worked long hours to give you a game you enjoy.

Awesome Show

Spectator Mode is a great show that offers the best commentary on the gaming landscape today. They offer a good perspective on the top stories and keep it on point. Too many shows go down a rabbit hole on a subject and quickly lose sight of their audience. Spectator Mode keeps their audience in mind and keep things interesting. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone interested in the gaming industry.
