In this episode I chat with Craig Lefebvre (who is a good friend I know in person) about his various abduction experiences, the 10% rule, paranormal experiences, seeing a UFO in NYC that no one else seemed to notice, and more. Craig lives in Connecticut and graduated from The Institute of Healing Arts and Sciences as well as Connecticut College. He is the author of eight books- two books of channeled messages, three books of poetry and two works of fiction. FALLOUT, is his debut novel which takes place in Branford, Connecticut where he spent his summers as a child. Additionally, Craig is also a paranormal experiencer, contactee, psychic channeler and energy healer.

Speed bumps are often viewed as a negative thing by society, but all they really do is force us to slow down and take stock of a situation. Everyone has a story, but often we feel all alone in our speed bumps, like no one understands. Speed Bumps is a podcast where people can share their experiences in the hopes of building community.
