Hi, Salina here. My heart is to help busy people go from feeling overwhelmed to finding true, deep down JOY. Some days we nail it and some days we’re not exactly sure what just happened but we are showing up. Come live life with me. Let me be your daily pep talk, cheerleader, friend and confidant! God has a perfect plan for you; a design specific to just you. I assure you though, it does not include living tired and discontent. I know it's for you to live fully into who you're meant to be! So, let's spin the plates together with JOY and purpose.
Ep 99: Beyond the Knots with Elle Levins
I've been waiting impatiently for this episode to make its way into the world. Elle has a beautiful way of sharing her heart and story. This episode is all about mental health and pulling back the veil on what it looks like to do the work and be a work in progress. I'm grateful my sweet friend felt brave to share and leaned into the hard. The world is a better place with her in it.
Elle Levins is the founder and creator behind Beyond the Knots, a business dedicated to sharing the timeless and beautiful art of macrame for others to enjoy. What originally started as an outlet and a form of coping through the struggles of mental health that Elle faces day-to-day, she found a new perspective that helped begin her healing. With each piece she made she found purpose and a way to share her passion of being there for others who battle the stigma that surrounds mental health. We all have “knots” in our lives that we try to untangle or ignore. Overtime they only get worse. Choosing to accept those knots for what they are; a part of you, we can begin to find that together they can form into something truly beautiful.
Elle’s goal is simple, she wants to have a positive impact on everyone she meets through her art- whether that be a changed heart, or a simple smile. Her pieces are a little reminder that there is a lot of light for us, if we can only look Beyond the Knots.”
In this episode, she talks about music as a tool for working through moments of struggle. Here's one of her playlists on Spotify. I've been listening and love it!
Please give her a follow and show her some love:

Ep 98: Selling Excellence with Rachel Morgan
I loved my chat with Rachel Morgan. She gives us so many good nuggets that we can apply not only to sales, but to life!
Rachel has worked in retail sales both as a sales associate and Store Manager for a combined 13+ years. While she has worked mostly within the fine jewelry industry, she also has experience in clothing and beauty both online and in-person. As a Store Manager, she led her team to nine record sales months, trained assistant managers, mentored new managers, and also taught an onboarding workshop to managers in a corporate setting. Rachel brings her frontline retail knowledge from working on the sales floor, proven techniques and strategies to boost sales and train sales teams, and tools to train teams to sell with enthusiasm and excitement to this session to help you learn to increase your sales and drive long-term growth in your business.
I encourage you to follow her. She is always providing such value!
Ep 97: Loving God’s Word with Rachel Williams
This one was so fun. Do you struggle with being in God's Word or understanding what it all means? It's normal and natural to sometimes feel like you're fumbling through your quiet time. Rachel brings God's Word to life in such a real and authentic way. I knew she needed to be on the pod!
Rachel has been married to her husband, Joey for 19 years and they have 8 kids and 4 grandkids. She's a writer, speaker, podcaster, and reel-maker. Her heart is to teach people about the Bible and share what the love of Jesus can do in our lives!

Ep 96: Women supporting women with Jessica Chavez
Feels like a long time coming! If you have been around for the past couple of years, you know that I am a part of an amazing community of local businesswomen and cheerleaders called Business Ladies of Society (BLOS). Well, we FINALLY got the founder of BLOS on the podcast!!! You're going to love hearing her heart for serving and the legacy she hopes to leave on this planet. I'm honored to call her friend.
Jessica is the founder and owner of BLOS, helping women in business network in a supportive and uplifting community. Her passion is hosting elevated events where women feel special and change the narrative of networking being daunting, scary and uncomfortable. Jessica also has a very “side” business of interior decorating and absolutely loves creating beautiful and welcoming spaces. When she is not running her two businesses, Jessica is running around supporting her 4 kiddos in their various activities and running her messy household into the ground. She is happily married to Benedict of 17 years and after 14 years in the PNW, she is finally settling in with the fact that this is where she will retire and die against her will. ;-)
All my BLOS babes better give this one a listen and cheer our Jess on! It was such a great conversation.
Ep 95: Smooth Operations with Sara Mayer
This one was my jam! Sara and I speak the same language, which makes me think she will speak to your hearts, too! This one is SUPER tactical for all of you lovers of tools and ideas to make life easier. I loved talking to Sara. It's no wonder she has her own podcast. She's made for it.

Ep 94: Grace through Grief with Alexandra Hope Craig
This was such a special conversation. Alexandra has a beautiful story and I know so many will find healing through it. I'm thankful for people like this who open up their hurt and heart to the world.
As a widow and single mother, Alexandra Hope Craig understands the pain of loss and the struggle to find hope in the midst of heartache. She knows firsthand the devastating impact of a terminal cancer diagnosis and the difficulty of navigating grief while rebuilding a life and raising a young child.
But through her journey, she and her family experienced the goodness and faithfulness of God in a profound way. Now, she is dedicated to sharing that message of hope and healing. In particular, she encourages others to trust their grief and heartache in God's hands with the knowledge that He is faithful to trade beauty for ashes.
