Can not recommend enough

Can’t explain how great a listen this has been for me and my anxiety. They put words to feelings and sensations I haven’t been able to and it feels like I’m their third gf sitting in and being part of the conversation. I’ve also sent this to my husband and it’s been super useful for him to gain a better understanding of what anxiety feels like. Thank you so much!

So helpful and fun

This is so much fun to listen to even if it is about anxiety. Katie and Serena are so helpful giving their experience about their own anxiety and making you feel that you’re not alone.
It’s also really great that they’re just like us normal people trying to get through life.
