Love these ladies and their realness

Anxiety used to be such a taboo topic and it’s great that we are talking about this and I’ve already learned so much about how to put language to feelings of anxiety and it’s better helped me understand and support loved ones with anxiety. Even if you don’t have anxiety, someone in your life probably does and this is such a great podcast! It’s like a conversation with your best friends.
