Ep 9 - Becoming YOU Through Granting Permission and Reframing

Ep 9 - Becoming YOU Through Granting Permission and Reframing

Prioritizing purposeful actions in YOUR life with Susan:
The state of commitment and non-commitment. Using different language to reframe your thoughts and give yourself permission. Clearing the clutter that is part of the day-to-day existence in all aspects of our life.
    Key Takeaways:
Replace “trying” with “working” when you are examining your beliefs. Then ask yourself the questions. When you clear the physical clutter, it clears the energy stored in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. This now makes room for more expansiveness - in your bodies, mind, heart and soul. You know why you are here. Check-in with your heart and discover that reason, for you’ve always been living that purpose whether you realize it or not.
"Anything can change on a dime. If you don't clear out the clutter in your life, you’ll have difficulty navigating that change and won’t have room to add anything else or expand in your business, your life, or your relationships. " —  Susan Dascenzi

Embracing creativity wherever it comes to us, even when it’s not a glamorous time or location. Reframing your thoughts and giving yourself permission.Clearing the physical and emotional clutter...making room for the authentic YOU.
    Key Takeaways:
There is a sense of accomplishment by sticking to it when you want to give in. Everything builds upon itself if you’re doing the right activities to build.  You aren’t put here to get shit done, you’re here to prioritize purposeful actions.
"Stop worrying about everybody. You know why you're here. Speak it. Nobody might be listening right now but they might be listening tomorrow." —  Kim Sutton

    Ep 7 - Becoming a Change-Maker Through Transitions

    Ep 7 - Becoming a Change-Maker Through Transitions

The transition process we are all facing with Susan:
Recognizing your highest power within you to live your best life. When we change how we see ourselves, we open up new opportunities and pathways.  Learning and growing from all choices that we make.
    Key Takeaways:
Life isn’t as serious as we sometimes believe it is, so it’s important to lighten up because worry and fear are about the future and it’s important to live in the present moment. You are incredibly valuable and worthy because you're alive right now, on this planet, at this time of our evolution. You ARE here to make an impact. If anybody ever tells you that there is some spiritual road to enlightenment that looks a particular way, and it is the ONLY way to achieve it, RUN - as FAR and as FAST away from them as you can.Transitions create change and if you want to be a change-maker, it’s important to remember that the transitions you face are part of that process.
"When [Paul] was faced with these huge transitions in his life and having to rebuild, and really finding the new path, he gave himself the permission to be a man who felt depressed, a man who felt frustrated, a man who felt insecure and questioning himself. Then he also gave himself permission to be a man who is on a path of discovery, recovery, and really taking a look at what was important to him." —  Susan Dascenzi

Take that next step forward, whatever that may be. Just take one more step forward.

Ep 5 - Becoming a Freedom Fighter for Yourself

Ep 5 - Becoming a Freedom Fighter for Yourself

Stepping into a place of real power and real voice with Susan:
Embracing and living your own truth. Hearing the questions and seeking out answers. Continually evolving as the best you that you can be and looking at your experiences with compassion.
    Key Takeaways:
We're never going to achieve perfect balance in our lives. If that scale is level, there is no growth - no movement. What we do want to see is some movement, on either side, because that means there’s a little growth and we’re listening more to the voice of our heart. We adopt, and adapt, to other people's belief systems because that's the way we avoid any kind of pain whatsoever. The problem is, it will, ultimately, cause deeper, longer-lasting, more pervasive pain over time if we don’t step into our own heart’s voice, our own power, our own truths. You can be both - you can be human and you can be spiritual - whatever this means for you.
"When I stepped into thriving, I truly started living my truths." —  Susan Dascenzi

Ep 4 - Faith, Frustration, and Freedom with Parchelle Tashi

Ep 4 - Faith, Frustration, and Freedom with Parchelle Tashi

Standing in your spirituality and knowingness with Susan and Parchelle:
Parchelle’s personal, spiritual journey in leaving the tradition of the church she was raised in and what wisdom she has learned through the experience. Handling the passive-aggressive judgment and condescension from those in your life while finding your own heart’s path. The difference in belief versus knowing and making experiences your own.
    Key Takeaways:
Higher power doesn't mean that it has to be this benevolent kind of God or spiritual or religious kind of entity. It's about connection and digging deep into what is important to each individual person. You don’t have to follow any particular religion (organized or not), faith, or tradition to have questions or doubts in any belief that was ingrained and conditioned from a young age. We doubt our questions because the rules tell us we aren’t “supposed” to have those questions or we’re not supposed to try to find the answers. This is not true. Have spiritual conversations, explore, and ask about what it means to be human. We're after the same thing...we're after connection. Be open to acknowledge and celebrate other people who feel excited about something that they're doing. It'll open you up more to be receptive to the things that are naturally happening for you.
"Do the work of distinguishing between your beliefs and what you actually know to be true. Make that work, and that inner dialogue we already have anyway, part of the conversation too." —  Parchelle Tashi

About Parchelle Tashi: Parchelle Tashi is a former high school math teacher, now entrepreneur and video producer for the past 10 years. Her production company Fresh Level, built up multiple locations of operations, producing hundreds of videos nationally and internationally for organizations like Sea World Busch Gardens, The Wharton School, and Spectrum.
It wasn’t until she ended her 28-year-long devoted relationship with the church, that Parchelle began to discover who SHE really is. This experience of freedom has completely transformed her life and the way she serves others today.
Parchelle believes self-awareness is what makes the grueling process of creating video 10x more effective, profitable, and enjoyable, no matter the size of your business. As creator and instructor of My Video Playtime, everything comes full circle, as she teaches kids and adults the basics of making videos. Her students grow in confidence, build a relevant skill set, and boost their creativity.
