Up On Game: A different way to do your Morning Routine
There are many schools of thought around morning routines. Some believe there are things every high perfromer should do, regardless of who they are. Some write off the notion of the importance of a routine in the morning altogether.
Whichever school of thought you belong to, I want to share with you an improvement to my routine that has changed the game, and has proven to be very useful for me at this stage of my life.
I have been listening to this podcast for about five years now. Not only has it helped me to achieve excellence in sports and my work, it also helped me overcome alcoholism. There is some thing for every occasion. Sometimes I just scroll through old episodes to find the motivation I need to complete a workout or a difficult task. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
This helps me succeed!
So glad I found this at a young age, helps me in life and with my dreams.
Coach is an idiot episode
Thank you so much! This morning I quit my team because of my coaches, in short I’ve put my best effort forward the last 2 years and I have big goals for where I want to get in my sport( I’m a competitive cheerleader) my biggest goal is to make the USA cheer team and Weber state cheer team. My coach told me I better start focusing on something other then cheer because the likelihood of me getting where I want isn’t possible because they never did. I believe in myself and I knew it was time to take matters into my own hands considering I’ve had members of my dream teams tell me with my attitude and skill I can do it but it’s a team sport and I wasn’t gonna grow without support so I’m taking matters into my own hands the episode really helped me realize it was right!
