Life-changing!

I have been listening to this podcast for about five years now. Not only has it helped me to achieve excellence in sports and my work, it also helped me overcome alcoholism. There is some thing for every occasion. Sometimes I just scroll through old episodes to find the motivation I need to complete a workout or a difficult task. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
