Great for beginners
This is a really great starter podcast for recovery from sex addiction. It gave some really good examples and practical help. Reading it on my own was super stressful. As someone who still feels a bit loss and was reluctant to a 12 step program, it makes it a little less daunting. Please continue the remainder of the steps.
