I couldn't agree with the previous review anymore. Told from the heart from a woman with true love for the epic with passion, exclamation and true emotion. Highly recommend, it will be difficult to pause

Everything I could have wished for & more!

I came upon a book surmising the Ramayana a few days ago, and, as I was reading it, I realized that this is the type of epic story you want told to you by the mouth of a gifted storyteller, like it has been for centuries. So, hoping I could find something like that, I decided to search for it in ITunes - and I found it! The storyteller is exactly what I hoped for too, making me feel connected to the story and not just reading it off without emotion. The music following some of the episodes helps with immersion in the spirit of the story and time and land it takes place in, as well!
Really, I can't praise this enough. It's not like I'm listening to it at a university, I'm hearing it right from the heart - from someone who probably grew up with this story, and who is passing it on with great care.
