Norman deLeuze, president of ZD and representative for the deLeuze Family Charitable Foundation, joined St. Supéry CEO Emma Swain for an episode of the podcast series #GivingTuesday Chats to discuss his family’s charitable efforts in the community and beyond.

The deLeuze Family Charitable Foundation is a public benefit nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes.

Specifically, the organization fund raises for local charities that help with medical research, comforted living for those suffering from potentially terminal illnesses, and better development of the youth in our community.

Joining St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery CEO Emma Swain on the podcast was Doug Parker, the Land Trust of Napa County’s president and CEO. Parker explained that trusts permanently protect land in two essential ways: by acquiring property and through conservation easements.

The Land Trust permanently protects land through the use of conservation easements that limit future development or through direct land acquisition.

Aim High was founded on the belief that every student has the right to a quality education. In 1986, Aim High launched at one site in San Francisco with just 50 students. Over the last 35 years, they have expanded across the Bay Area in every direction, as far as Napa and Tahoe-Truckee.
On this episode, Emma sits with Aim High executive director and co-founder Alec Lee to discuss the importance of opportunity in the education of our young people!
