Why did I wait so long? Hire your Ex Assistant NOW!

Shelli Warren podcast has helped me better manager my teams. After I had listened to her podcast for a while I knew I needed her help. Last Augusta, I went through a very challenging time. I needed help....I signed up for her 1:1 coaching. Having Shelli as a coach has been such a valuable asset! Shelli has helped me hire my Executive Assistant and gave me the tools to hire the best candidate. Now looking back I don’t know why I waited so long. With Shelli’s help I was able to hire someone that is the perfect strength to my weaknesses and vice versa. The time saved and the support to get things done correctly and on time is invaluable. Thank you Shelli, this has changed my life professionally and personally. If you are an owner of a business, this podcast is a must listen to! I can assure you that it will guide you to help develop the best team possible that fills the true needs of your organization

Binge and Learn

I love that a lot of the episodes are around the 30 minute mark and tend to binge on this one. I learn actionable business steps each episode. Shelli, thank you for making specific episodes during the pandemic to address specific business needs at the moment. You rock. I’m hoping that this season the intro will be updated since it’s awfully long, but love all of the content and will be a listener for a long time to come.

I Didn’t Want a Team Until I listened to this podcast

I was convinced having a team was more work than benefit until I started listening to this podcast. Shelli gives you what you need to lead your team in small, manageable chunks making it doable! Since listening to Shelli I have incorporated new team members and drumbeats that have taken my business to a new level. And it was so much easier than I thought!
