Best post-show podcast

Enjoy listening after each episode. Really helps me to understand all the “science talk” and additional info I might not get from just watching the show.

Delightfully Geeky

This is my go-to Discovery podcast, as it is enthusiastic, thoroughly geeky, and thoughtful. The guys know their Star Trek cannon, and they are good at noting and discussing the nerdy minutiae as well as the progressive political and social messages that are and always have been part of Star Trek. I also like that they reflect on production realities for the show and how those can impact the way it is put together; they seem to understand Star Trek to be a beloved show and cultural phenomenon, but not a holy religious text worth getting self-righteous and dogmatic about. This podcast is geeky fun for the joyous Star Trek fan.

Essential

I don’t feel like I’ve watched an episode until I listen to the podcast. Perfect mix of fandom, entertainment/creative criticism, and social commentary. Make your life better and follow Phantastic Geek!!!
