STAT PD Co-Owner, Part II - Nicole Weathers Black Sheep Nurse

This week on the podcast we have one of the nurses behind STAT PD Marketplace:  Nicole Weathers, MSN, RN, and DNP in progress.  She is the other half of the team behind STAT PD.
Like Jessi, Nicole lives in a rural area - NE Iowa, in a town of about 1000!  So not quite as rural as Jessi (town of 200, if you recall).  Small town nursing has my heart.  
Nicole started out in med/surg and moved her way into education.  She even advocated for her small hospital to create the education position (not all hospitals have that resource)!  It just goes to show you - if there is a will, there is a way.
