Episode 4 opening rant

Some of the best podcasting I've ever heard. Well done, gents

Great analysis; too many tangents

The good: true fans; objective and insightful analysis (untainted by idiots like Geoff Baker); funny rips on the Astros and NL; awesome call-backs to Mariners of old (even the sucky ones)

Areas for improvement (one fans opinion): guest appearances by Dave Cameron; less hockey digressions or a table of contents that breaks down the main topics of conversation by time (so I can skip the hockey and volcanoes); less racist tinges by Jeff; some basic editing (in post) to remove the unrelated tangents .

I hope it doesn't sound like I'm complaining. I really appreciate the podcast. I think as Jeff and Matthew grow into their 30s, the podcast will get even better.

Great content but sometimes very random

This is typically a great podcasts with excellent content. I love the statistical analysis view they use to rate the Mariners players productivity and value. Its hard to find educated people who discuss this side of baseball on regular podcasts.
Although, their hour long podcasts could be shrunk into a 30 minute segments. They often get off topic and talk about weird crap. Like there was a 20 minute bit about the name Matthew and how it's so much better than the name Matt, and therefore Matthew hates it when people call him Matt. Cool story right?
Overall it's a very good podcast and I look forward it to on my Monday morning drive.
