387 - How to Build a Company People Love, Doing Work That Matters

When Jay Falconio was hired by Remco Insurance Services to oversee operations and human resources, he was instructed to grow what was essentially a mom and pop commercial insurance business. Jay had transitioned from a career in hospitality, and he didn’t know a thing about his new industry. But he knew about people and how to treat them well, so, Joe did what he knew best. He found local talent to whom he gave time, attention, and guidance. He got to know employees as people outside of work, and they, in turn, bought into the culture at Remco. Listen and discover what it looks like to treat your employees and customers as if they were family and how you can balance accountability with caring.

Just started listening to this podcast. Love podcasts in the car! So much great information. I am also a new Reminder Media customer!

10/10

As a new real estate agent with no past sales or marketing experience, this podcast has been unbelievably helpful. I have learned so much that I’ve been able to implement into my business and see direct results from.

Grateful Listener & Implementor

Love this show. Regular listener and I recommend this podcast consistently to associates. As a real estate advisor I have consumed a couple of specific episodes including #185 with Jimmy Coleman (I have implemented almost everything) and #91 which my sister (also a real estate advisor) and I have used to begin our own podcast REAL Siblings, It Ain’t Easy. I am never disappointed with content, golden nuggets and action items. Keep it up and keep ‘em coming. Appreciatively Eric V. Seemann in San Antonio TX.
