This is a perfect podcast for my commute to work that's a practical pep talk. It's condensed, well thought out helpful advice delivered by someone genuine that is evident, implements it herself. I know it's tailored towards pilots but it's useful principles that any time taxed go getter can use to coach them to a healthier happier life on track for growth.
