The GEN2050 STEAM Forward podcast is a platform for GEN2050 students, staff, and special guest speakers to use their voices to share and discuss topics GEN2050 students are learning about with a broader audience, as well as engage podcast listeners in activities and calls to action. GEN2050 students will co-host this weekly, 15-minute podcast, along with podcast host Savannah Travers.

An Incredible AI Personal Assistant: My Avatar Buddy
On this episode, our host Savanah Travers talks with Stephanie Sylvestre the co-founder of Avatar Buddy, LLC. Avatar Buddy is a technology-based virtual assistant designed for young people to navigate the day-to-day challenges of growing up and guide them toward becoming the best version of themselves. The avatar is powered by advanced artificial intelligence technology, allowing it to adapt to each student’s unique learning style and needs. Whether a GEN2050 student needs help with math, science, English, or any other subject, the avatar is equipped to provide personalized support and guidance, helping them achieve their academic goals and reach their full potential. Using the avatar, GEN2050 students will be able to assess a wide range of educational resources and support services, including personalized homework help, one-on-one tutoring sessions, and mentoring advice for everyday situations involving their school, family, and social lives. Beginning June 2023, all GEN2050 students will utilize Avatar Buddy!
