The Collected Cottage feat. Kathryn Crisp Greeley

The Collected Cottage feat. Kathryn Crisp Greeley

Kathryn Greeley is a collector, gardener, entertainer, and designer. Kathryn lives in western North Carolina in a lovely home called Chestnut Cottage. This cottage and its grounds are filled with many of her favorite things.
The gardens outside the cottage are equally impressive. Kathryn’s great affection for cottage style gardens was inspired by her many visits to England, Scotland, and Ireland. Her cozy and informal gardens fill her home with flowers from spring through fall – starting with over 2,600 daffodils and tulips followed by peonies, foxgloves, lupines, forget-me-nots, grape hyacinths and then lilacs, scented roses, delphiniums, sweet peas and of course hollyhocks to mention a few.

We’ve brought Kathryn on today to discuss planning a year-round garden.
    Find her new book here:

Southern at heart

I adore these ladies! As a woman physically residing in the north, but very much with a heart that misses the South this podcast helps me feel at home. You can expect fun, informative, and relevant topics each and every episode. Their hospitality transcends audio waves and makes you feel absolutely welcomed, like an old and cherished friend.

Feels like a hug from your family

I can’t express how good this podcast makes me feel. It just reminds me of my family and home. I’m from GA and I love to hear all about Southern things. I learn so much. I understand why my mom did this or that. Not having my mom anymore and hearing these ladies feels like a hug. It’s an informative and fun show. Just put on in car with the family or while cooking. You’ll want to send a thank you note after.
