Steph Morris is a female embodiment coach. She seeks to help ambitious, busy women slow down, transform the relationship with their body and release a lifetime of suppressed emotions so that they fall deeply in love with themselves, create deeper intimacy, and feel more pleasure, joy & ease in their life.
In this episode, we discuss Steph's journey towards embodiment: how the unhealthy lifestyle she used to live lead her down a slippery slope that ultimately impacted her health, well-being, and relationships, and how she is now using these life experiences to help women who are living disconnected from their bodies. We discuss emotional suppression, getting in touch with our bodies to get to know ourselves, and what small changes we can start making in our own lives to drastically improve how we walk through the world.
