We talk about getting out of an abusive relationship, how she was able to get help and the tools she uses to help others make big changes in their lives. 

Brenda Winkle is a coach and healer that helps highly sensitive people, over-achievers, perfectionists, people pleasers, and empaths set boundaries, protect their energy, and heal their nervous systems. She is the host and creator of the Waves of Joy Podcast, a podcast globally rated in the top 10% of all podcasts.  Her mission is simple; to help people feel better!

Brenda is a trauma-informed Reiki Master, an Advanced ThetaHealing® Practitioner, a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, an empath, a highly sensitive person, and an intuitive. She was a music educator for 26 years and has a Masters's Degree in Educational Leadership.
