American Crime Story

I enjoyed the episode. I was just a kid, while these events were happening. Forget Kate Gosselin, being the OG Karen. Ladies and gentlemen, I introduce you to...Linda Tripp. Looking forward to future episodes.

American Crime Story Inpeachment

Great episode. As an adult when this happen, I thought that Clinton was done when everything came out. I voted for him in 1992 but couldn’t hold my nose and vote for him in 1996. Sat out that election.
The reframing of Linda Tripp and Monica Lewinsky as somehow responsible for all of this was masterful by Clinton’s spin team. Especially the pivot to Linda Tripp as this angry older woman.
As a woman though, Iwasn’t really surprising that Linda Tripp and Monica Lewinsky bore the brunt.
Linda Tripp was pillared in the press for taping Monica Lewinsky. Interested to see how her perspective and reasons are presented in the show.
Not sure that if this had happen in 2021 and put it on TicToc or Instagram stories, Tripp would be seen as the villain.
