So rich in real knowledge

Just came upon this podcast after joining Kim’s Take Back Your Temple program. The richness of counsel and advice is palpable. I can already feel the power of the scriptural teaching will help me in my weight loss journey. I have long felt my lack of success was not about food plans but my heart. These ladies are teaching how to do it God’s way. Highly recommend!!!
