In this episode we talk about the trap of thinking about all of the the things you "should" be dong, where you "should" be in your career, and generally how you "should" think about things.  This "shoulds" are usually not productive unless you turn them into things you want that align with your values and goals.  We share some practical tips for you to turn the "shoulds" from something destructive to something productive.
