As we all know, change is inevitable. It's something that we all face in our lives, and it can be hard to navigate at times. It's scary, and it can be downright uncomfortable. But what if I told you that change could be a good thing? That it could make your life better? In this episode, we have Kelsea Warren, founder, and CEO of The Seamless Coach, where we will get to know her story of how she built her coaching business and career. This episode explores how to make changes in your life – big and small – and become the best version of yourself.
Kelsea Warren is a Workplace Well-being and Leadership Coach and the Chief Happiness Officer of The Seamless Coach LLC. She helps individuals elevate well-being so they can have the ingredients they need to show up for themselves and truly love their careers. Kelsea does this by conducting team workshops, 1:1 coaching, and leadership consulting for business owners and employees. Before becoming a coach, Kelsea was a clinical social worker and therapist which aligns with her holistic approach to career growth and allows her the skills to coach on more than just traditional leadership and employee satisfaction techniques. Kelsea places emphasis on wellbeing at work, with an understanding that there are really three major areas to address - yourself, your role, and your work environment.
