Have to love the good vibes
Let's face it - the world is pretty freaking stressful right now. I think just about anyone could benefit from a relaxing 20 or so minutes worth of guided mindfulness meditation like you've got in this podcast. This is a truly unique take on podcasts of this sort, with a lovely story reading thrown in the further relax you away.
Well Done
Cari has a great "radio voice" on display here. She does such a great job of bringing a soothing tone to these brief guided meditations. The world needs more people bringing this kind of positive energy!

What an interesting take on the meditation genre of podcasts. Cari has a very relaxing tone and understands how mindfulness works to bring you to a relaxing state. Really great way to come down after a long day.
