Because everyone has a story. Spontaneous, illuminating, electrifying, inspiring, Story Story Night is a live storytelling phenomenon that provides a forum and a format for Boise and beyond to share real experiences on stage and without notes. The nonprofit program presents a soul-stirring, all-ages flagship season. As well as Story Story Late-Night, the positively shameless, adults-only black sheep arm of the storytelling family. Plus Starry Story Night, a special event highlighting the connections between our individual points of light.

WHERE BLACK SHEEP GO FOR THE HOLIDAYS
with featured storytellers Reese Samuels and Mitch Kuhn
musical guests: The premiere of The Grandjeans!
Cheers to the odd one out (and the oddball stories) at holiday gatherings. You’ll fit right in here. Positively shameless, Story Story Late-Night is the black sheep of the storytelling family. This season, we’re extending the no-holds-barred series with a special holiday edition at Visual Arts Collective. Spill it—all the meaty, juicy bits—around our proverbial Thanksgiving table with zero side-eye from Aunt Karen. And your literally around a table with our new cabaret-style seating.
Rated R to XXX, break free from boring holiday events and tell it like it really is. With featured storytellers intermixed with an uncensored story slam, what happens at Late-Night, stays at Late-Night…until we put it on our podcast.

Super fun!
Great Experience
Have attended and told a story. Both were great experiences. Storytelling is alive and well in Boise.
Great storytelling podcast BUT...
I truly enjoy the content & I think its curated very well in my opinion. Definitely one of the better story telling podcasts out there as far as performance is concerned. The only major flaw I think is a huge issue is COMPLETE LACK OF EDITING!!! I mean seriously?! Is it really that difficult to put an ounce of effort into the tiniest bit of audio stabilization?! The way the volume consistently fluctuates from a whisper to a blaring loudness on every episode is crazy to me. Obviously a great amount of effort is put into the curation of these wonderful shows. That's why the seemingly ambivalent attitude towards the horrific audio quality Its spat out into the universe with totally baffles me! It really hurts this shows ability to be fully enjoyed by the listener & it's a shame. :(
