KWu (@kwugirl on Twitter) is a regular speaker on the topic, and shares her extensive knowledge in Episode 28.

Philly Since '76 ,

Super useful & actionable!

As a new manager without a strong mentor network in place yet, this podcast is incredibly insightful. The guests are articulate and the discussions thoughtful. These are real people working real jobs, not consultants, not authors of theory books, or conference keynote celebrities. Everything is refreshingly down-to-earth and practical. Really glad there’s a second season!
